English version of manual

First version of English manual has been published. At this moment, manual contains basic instructions for creating models and running simulation. New sections will be added in the future.

As I’m not native English speaker, some parts of manual can sound clumsy. Any suggestions and  corrections from volunteers are welcome :-)
